I just had salmon cakes with veg in them - freezer to oven food - lazy tonight.

Hey @Bill16   not much going on here atm - just me and the laptop with gardening australia on telly in the background.

Busy day today - groceries and the art gallery in the morning with a sw and then water tai chi this afternoon.  The lady who picks me up had a physio ap't before the tai chi class so I was working out in the pool for over an hour.  Exhausted by the time I came home.  Hopefully it will mean I sleep better tonight.
