Catch 22

Catch 22

I'm struggling.

I need therapy. I've already started with a psychologist. I'll need another therapist also. This puts an enormous financial strain on myself and my ex. I'm torn between getting help and taking from my ex and my son, or sacrificing my therapy for them. My ex says walking away from therapy isn't an option.

Ugh hate this conundrum @Ed1975 I feel you so much. Like I am thinking about EMDR but I'd need to drop my current psych and she is sooooo amazing.

Been meaning to do like a pros n cons list, maybe that's something you could try too?

@Jynx

I have. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.

Re: Catch 22

Hence the title of your post eh @Ed1975 ?

It's so tough. Really wish I had an easy answer for you. How long do you have to decide? Is it a case where you could wait a little bit and see if the way forward becomes clearer?
