Another day to get through, the days seem soo long, memories are awake, i try to distract myself but only last a minute or so then it's back in my thoughts again.

ive tried meditation, listening to music through ear plugs, colouringin, games on iPad, cleaning house has triggers for me, once I swept, washed and polished the floors in our house, only to find that hubby threw his ashtray all over the loungroom floor trod it in, and spread it everywhere, telling me to clean it before he woke up. Yeah I know I'm pathetic.

Hello, sometimes they work, but lately nothing seems to get me interested enough to even try..I tried music this morning but it just added to the confusion of my thoughts, I haven't tried scrap booking. Or don't have a journal. I can give those a try thank you..

thank you for sitting with me, it means so much to me..I will try anything to get my thoughts to sleep. Only people I talk to are here in this sight, I'm scared to talk f2f with anyone, even physc, she has had patience but, not anymore I don't think because she said on my next visit we will talk about what I refuse to talk about. This is causing me no end of stress thinking ways to get out of it.

Soory I took so long to answer,
No I'm in a really small town 200 residence, one 1 psych. In main town 35 kilometres away. the nearest after that is near to 109 kilometres away. I am not safe driving my car I have attempted 3 times in my car before. I try to advoid my car as much as I can.

well thats abit sucky isnt it- i mean only havng one psych. have you used helplines before? they are also there for you as well if you would like.
