@Tigga321Sometimes life and those feelings can change.
My brother used to say that I was not living as I was in a lot of pain for a long time, but then he got cancer and died last year. Family stuff is complicated and hard.
Faith's suggestions about routine are good. My body clock was topsy turvy a while a couple of years ago but it is better now. Saying that I need to say Good night.
Look after you, now you finally have the opportunity.
