I NEED HELP
I've been suffering many symptoms and realise I'm not like other people in many ways. I've thought I was special for feeling extreme emotions and expressing myself differently, but now I'm being gently reminded time and again that something is not right. I suffer anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, rhumenation and extreme emotions, sometimes uncontrollable. It's been put to me that this is from trauma maybe in my childhood, I cannot think of anything. The time has come to explore this, explore myself and I'm hoping I might get some direction from here as to how to achieve this.
Thanks in advance

Hello @Wombat69 and welcome to the forums. I can hear how tough things have been for you experiencing these symptoms and extreme emotions. Have you thought about seeing a gp and getting a referral done to see a counsellor/psychologist? I think that would be the best place to start and maybe they can link you in with further supports to help you explore this and yourself.
You are not alone in this and we are here to support you however we can. Take care of yourself ♥️

Thankyou yes I have been referred several times, I've had teleconferences where psychs have not shown up, doctors practices who have banned me from seeing my doctor because of my reaction to their mistakes, and one psychologist who basically told me u was making it all up,

Call emergency budd if you're not Okay always
Or Careline
All I can say from stuff is that if something is to painfull from long ago and you can't remember it as a good experience?
But not everyone thinks about taking time to reminisce about the past when they're anxious at times to understand the present or have concerns in the future.
Some issues that can trigger a condition may have been a repeat of an event in the past.
Sorry this tablet jazz has my helpline number on the fridge .
You could always try hypnosis budd.

@Wombat69 oh I'm so sorry to hear. I've also had bad experiences with psychologists so I know how painful it can be when you are trying to get support. What about finding some support groups around your area? I'm not sure if they could help but beyond blue are good to talk to and they can provide information and details to services that may be able to help. It might be worth a shot.
I really hope you can get the help and support you deserve ❤️
