I had a sucky day yesterday of back-wash stuff, and have woken in the middle of the night here now, but trying to just drift past it, floating cos too tired to swim at the moment.  Forum friends mean so much.  Just sitting here with you.

Hi to everyone else here.

Ticking notes to self as I have been reading about boundaries. If I had any (work related in this instance) I may not be in my current state of burnout and dysfunction. Installing family boundaries fluid as they are have definitely improved the quality of family relationships. At the very least my reaction to how things pan out. For me it comes from caring too much about what people think.
