Re: Panic and anxiety attacks

im happy to hear that youve been practicing, its hard when the panic comes and its painful to do so maybe instead of doing deep breaths you focus on jsut doing shallow breathing but slowing it down as well and slowly. @Neelix

im going ok thanks

Hi @Bananatron

How are you? Would you like to tell us a bit about yourself

Re: Panic and anxiety attacks

@Bananatron - I posted on your other thread

Re: Panic and anxiety attacks

@Neelix I'm glad you are practicing your breathing morning and night. It really helped me when I struggled with panic attacks. It took me about a month of practice before I could use it to stop or reduce the severity of my panic attacks. Now I use it when I feel an attack coming on. To prevent it.
I hope this works well for you too.
