@Phoenix_Rising I can see that you have been riding the waves in a category 5 storm all night little turtle - I so wish I had been here for you  I know the only place you feel even a little bit of safety atm is snuggled in CB's pocket - so I am going to stay sitting on my rockstack, on the beach, watching over the ocean, all day - just so you know that I am not far away but still here for you!

I have my GP appointment this morning but after that I am planning on camping on the beach ALL day today, ALL over the whole weekend - and for as long as needed. I have already set up the campsite so I don't have to move from the beach.....

I super liked the books @CheerBear. The storm is still raging. I badly need to talk it through. I know the storm will pass but I also know this one is doing further damage to my puddled brain. I know what I need in order to minimise the damage - I need to talk it through with someone. But there is no one. I know the storm won't k*ll me, but it is damaging my brain and there is nothing in the world I can do about it. 😔😔😔 This is hard @CheerBear @Zoe7. This is so so so hard.

I'm glad you liked the books @Phoenix_Rising. I do also and I hope the LF do too.

It's so hard to be able to identify that something is causing head damage, but not be able to stop it. It is so hard 😞

I am really hoping you'll get a chance to talk it through with someone soon.
