@utopia wtg on doing nothing all day - just what you needed after taking your boy to the airport so early. I hope tomorrow is a little better for you 
...and yes it was encouraging but super difficult as well - even the anxiety around going was too much this morning and I think part of the rollercoaster today has been a small sense of relief - plus the hard stuff
