I understand @Faith-and-Hope

We returned to Daylight Saving for the summer of 1971/2- and what a wonderful time that was for me - not

My son had his 2nd birthday early in summer and this was something I could not explain to him and often wonder how other mothers with toddlers established on the usual time pattern adapt to daylight saving but my son took ages to get used to it - and I was pregnant with my first (only) successful pregnancy and I had never got that far along before and then I was in labour when the clocks went back and also I am sure there are millions of women in labour during that extra "unfair hour"

Regardless Faith - time adjustments are hard to take - so thinking about you - but one thing I also know is that the Eastern States are having a really hot day today and wherever you are that has to be harder - I went to the shops early this morning but I am in the house with the A/C today

All the best today wherever you are today
