Hopefully it starts improving soon for you @Owlunar and you can get the full benefit from having the surgery.

I knew  you would get it as I know you often need some time away as well. It can become so overwhelming and so frustrating at the same time sometimes here - and even worse it can be extremely triggering. I know you don't have the same issues with triggers as I do but you still have some BIG things you need to try to avoid for your own well-being - it is a fine line sometimes - and one most of us are not very good at drawing for ourselves. I am learning to take hold of that pen and mark the line for myself but it does come at a cost for me and that is losing some of the connections here I really value for substantial lengths of time - and that is not good for me either - still trying to manage all this the best way I can for now Smiley Frustrated
