She has booked somewhere for lunch so it isn't a quick visit on her way to somewhere - she is coming into the city to meet up with me @Snowie I can't remember the last time I met with my mum on my own away from home. I told her I only had an hour then a doctor's appointment - that should be enough time for lunch and then to get to my appointment in time. I really didn't need this tomorrow but we are going somewhere she knows I like and has made such an effort I felt I couldn't say no. Wed is her only day off!
