Community Guide

I will have to @Zoe7, to ba able to cope.  

When we were coming here for holidays I was enchanted with a lot of things.  The change in our family dynamics and the “enforced” move has taken the gloss off it all, well and truly at the moment, so I am going to allow myself some sulking time, and then need to get back up and on with it,

When we are here for uni terms I will go in search of support groups, which I can access here more readily thanI can in the West.  These short stints are part of feeling like we are in limbo.

I will put coping mechanisms in place gradually.  I just don’t have the stomach for it yet.
