I am not at all sure if you have daylight savings in the west - but if you don't then there is 3 hours difference in eastern time and western time so that would take a lot of adjustment

 

I am not sure what's happening here for you - are you in the East right now with WH living around western time? Whatever it is - it can't be easy

 

I even find adjusting to the shift in time twice a year for daylight saving - I never feel quite right for the first week or so whichever way the clocks go and I do get used to it but for the first week - that is strange
