My day was busy this morning ..... tram to church, morning tea (kind invitation from some church ladies), shopping for lunch and dinner ingredients, tram back home ..... gave me 3.3km walk in the process ..... then prepare lunch, and veg all afternoon, totally tired out ......

S2 asked me to veg in his room as he completed uni assignments that he has procrastinated over, but we also had a chat about that and how to pull himself up over it ..... how it is part of his ”condition” and needs attention.  He is very self-aware, but it’s still a struggle to actually manage it.
