I believe you are outdoing me with your beautiful words today @dragonflygirl - I'll have to step up my game lol If nothing else, they have pulled me up enough to be able to think a little now - so thank you for that 
Getting through today is more about time - time to let it all 'wash over' me and time to feel safe again but we should be able to get there like all the other times.
