@Zoe7 Thanks for the update. I hope your gp and psychiatrist can work something out on monday to help you even if it is just something to help you sleep better so that you arent so exhausted. as for not finding any positivity perhaps toby can help with that i find dogs are always good at finding and bringing out the good in things. even if that just means watching him doing something really cute that is still something positive. and it doesnt take much energy which i understand you are already having trouble with your energy levels. all i am trying to say (and apologies i am a little all over the shop today) is that try and look for positivity in the small things then it may not be so hard to find. i am here listening if you want to say more.
