Waiting at my GP'S. pdoc appointment went okay - another med increase and back next week. My gp to monitor the increase until then. Still need to struggle through the nights but need to continue the gradual increase in case of side effects. Told her how very hard the nights still are - really don't think pdoc or gp have any real idea. Feel a bit like I am talking to a wall sometimes. I suppose unless you have struggled so much for so long, like I have, it is hard to grasp the enormity of how hard it is 😔
