They were happy tears @Former-Member - very heartfelt tears 
I have not really slept - closed my eyes and moved in and out of sleepy land all night from about 3am. Had another 40 minutes or so after I fed the babies but more resting rather than asleep. Increase in meds hasn't helped as yet
