@Zoe7it has been something that both my psych and pdoc have spoken about for awhile now. My only fear is that if I do it and it doesn't help, what then. But I think that fear is something I just have to get my head around.
I know how much you struggle with the group part hon and sharing. It is super hard to do. I guess you have to weigh up your own health against DBT. Do what is best for you and what you can cope with. The last thing you need is to be pressured into doing something you don't feel ready for.
