I am still 🌵 bodywise.  I just had the kids rub heat rub into my back because I am so stiff and sore, but they are too .... and there is a flemmy throat thing going on as well, but apart from brain fog, I am feeling okayish ..... enough to be cheeky here and there.  Perhaps a little less fatigued than yesterday, but don’t want to speak too soon.

I am sorry it was a bad night for you ..... but always glad to see your butterfly, especially in the mornings .....
