I think asking people if it is okay to include them will be the first thing I do then I can have a list ready to go if/when I need to use it @Snowie with those people that are okay to be included. 

@TAB that does help - my tooth needs to be filled (may be pastsaving if I don't get to the dentist soon though lol)
