I had a heavy-hearted day yesterday  - Tuesday about my uncle  - and today it's 10 years since my mother died and next week it be 14 years since dad died and it all piled up on me 

Yes I am tough and resilient  - still I was exhausted 

I took it easy  - I broke a tooth and need to wait until I know when my uncle's funeral will be before I make a dental appointment 

I'm okay  - I understand why I feel this way but it's tough yards
