Thank you everyone. And thank you @NikNik for taking the time to chat and check on me last night. I did call Lifeline today and they helped.
Think I'll be asleep in an hour.
@Faith-and-Hope - I haven't told zoe any of this. I don't want her worrying at this point in time.
