Sorry to hear you are sick. There is a nasty flu/cold bug going around this winter. So I hope you are looking after yourself as much as possible.
I waa sober for 74 days. Drank on day 75,76 & 77. Only drank 5 cans of bourbon on those 3 drinking days. Then sober today for another 28 days. And once a week I have been going to an AA Meeting here in hospital.
Next week I'll go back to my home town AA group.
Very flat today. Really feeling the difference in my mood since my AD was reduced by a third. Hope my psych increases it again before I go home. Don't want to go home on a lower dose.
Only 4 more sleeps and then I go home. Not sure I want to go. Worried I will crash again. But I've already booked my psychologist appointment for the week after I return & tomorrow I'll make an appointment with my gp for Friday. Then see how long it takes to get an intake worker.
