Woke about 8am. Few cigarettes and nurses took my obs.
Back to sleep by 9.40 & woke at 12.45. Had a yucky sandwich for lunch.
Tried to control my negative / depressed emotions. Took prn calmer. Cried.
Smoked. Nurse took obs. I cried. Took another calmer.
Just want to be back on the higher dose of AD's - that I was on 1& 1/2 weeks ago. Mood dropping seriously.
I hope your hospital stay goes well. I'm sure Kira will enjoy all the attention directed to her today.
