@soul I think @Adge suggested a shoulder stand, not a handstand...but it may still be a little ambitious. How about tomorrow morning I will suss out bridge poses, and then for next week we can think about possible less-tricky alternatives to go with the shoulder pose for the following week? I wonder how many poses there are in yoga. I'm thinking about a bazillion. Do you think we will be able to maintain our momentum long enough to get through all of them in our pose-for-a-week challenges.
