That is ok - there will be days like that when you cannot stick to your usual routine but having it as a backup is good @outlander

 

Now take a look at your plan and slot in 3 sessions - one in the morning, afternoon and evening that are just YOU time - it doesn't have to be long - 20 minutes might be enough but it needs to be time that the only thing you do is concentrate on you and the things you like
