hmm , in a way re 'timing' @Sophia1 .. finished study last November.

House cos a. in country and not that popular an area and at lower end of market finally gone up 30% maybe after 0% in first 12mths. most gains where in 1-2yrs before I bought it, just lucky could afford it still.

Hope things not too bad for you. @Clawde  is back around the place re recurring roles .. even had an island bbq bash other day Keeping Happy. lol
