hello @outlander

are the dogs on leads? we have special beaches where the dogs can be off the leash and others they have to be leashed....which is fair...

are you frightened of dogs? sorry if this is a triggering question...as always no need to answer...just bypass...

good news about your hand even though slowly healing...is still healing and you are able to get a bit of a break from the cast...

keeping up your exercises as you would know will help tremendously long term...

after any physiotherapy session there is usually discomfort sometimes straight away sometimes not until the next day...yes sometimes quite painful...this is a sign that they have worked on the spot...

not easy if worsens your anxiety.... do you have any prn that you  can take for random situations?

did physiotherapist mention ice packs or heat packs? not sure if you can do that with a break...don't do anything like that without asking the experts first...

I use a gel pack that I iced initially...now I heat and put that on my back...I have it every night and helps settle me...

hearing of another diagnosis is very anxiety driven...once you take in the news you start to settle when you have some answers and strategies...I hope that your specialist answers all of your questions and is reassuring...

If your anxiety persists ...perhaps see your gp or if you can get a closer appointment with your psychologist or psychiatrist? can't remember...

actually...it is  a wonder that I remember my own name these days..

I managed to get to the pool today and do some exercises which made my mind and body feel better..

sending you calm and peaceful thoughts....well wishes for a sound sleep and restful night...you so deserve it outlander...

ps...I swam with dolphins years ago by chance...actually stroked one...most incredible experience...we also saw dolphins in the river from our apartment on that holiday in the hinterlands...

night night outlander ....sweet dreams...used to say that to my two boys every night after story time...long time ago now xxxHeart
