I am just about to log off @Sophia1 - my headache has gotten worse again so I need to be away from the screen.

Before I go I wanted to reply to you though 

I completely understand you feeling more comfortable helping others than asking for help yourself. I have been the same since I was a child also - if I am helping someone else it makes me think better of myself. We know we are our own harshest critics and for many of us here that is because we have been very hurt when younger and did not know how to ask for help or been made think that no-one would help us if we did - it is something that we have taken throughout our lives. 

I am beginning to ask more when I really need the support and this forum has been the catalyst for that. We do have an amazing community of caring and compassionate people here - with the added bonus that we understand each other.

I am more than happy to be tagged by you anytime @Sophia1 - I know we have shared some fun times over the journey but I am also here for you (when I can be) in the times that you need support - whether that is sticking to this thread or elsewhere - that is up to you.
