I was boring. I made a snag in bread with eggplant, onions and tomato sauce. I simply did not want to cook, lol!

Usually I'm fairly careful. I had gastric sleeve so Im pretty careful with what I make. But there are days when all a girl needs is SIMPLE! lol!
