I woke early too, but it was because I went to bed early and I haven’t been sleeping more that around 5-6 hours.  I am hoping that if I can keep up the early nights I will start to sleep longer.

 

Waiting for this week to be over, and next week will be 🌵too, but hoping for some good news by the end of the month.
