Haven't been doing very well for a while now @Snowie Can't get on top of anything and so much happening - but I am seeing my psych this week and pdoc next week. We made the appointments a bit sooner than usual because they both wanted to check in. Happy to have the support but I really cannot afford it so that is adding extra pressure. I know my pdoc will allow me to pay later and I hope my psych will as well ...can't get blood out of a stone (or money out of an account which is not there!!!) That is certainly adding to my stress but once I get through this week, get paid and find out more about Dad, I am hoping things will begin to look up a bit again.
