@TAB your seafood looks good, but that champagne might be outside the recommended standards for alcohol 🤣

@Shaz51 I'm having left over vegetable stir fry from last night

@TAB - I have seen those fish cakes in the supermarket freezer a few months ago

I quite like making my own fishcakes salmon or tuna (tinned of course) with mashed potato in them.

@Glisten - I also like a good frittata - last one I made was chicken, sweet potato, corn and asparagus with pine nuts
