I see where you are coming from @CheerBear and you make some good points. We could do the big not-party on Thursday 30th and then have some little not-parties in the first 2 weeks of December 
if the storm has passed and we can be bothered. Toby's birthday is on the 18th Dec so we could have a dog party on that day - just a thought
