Lol @Teej. All down from here. I'm also perimenopausal. It's certainly a challenging time. My son -15 - finally understands I can't control the hot flushes and that I have to have the air cooler in the house or car - on super freezing and that he just has to wear a jumper in summer. Lol.
I don't even know what my son's birthstone is for July.
