@Zoe7 you poor thing you have been through the wars as they say. Anaesthetic always makes me depressed ... I have once had a filling without and yes it was rather exciting .... I have never had a flu shot before. Seems to be reactions  in some people this year is that normal? and then DBT it was full on for you. 

I got your lovely message on a long rave. I saw some of the celebratory messages and was really overwhelmed to be honest. I didnt expect that so I said nothing lol. That is the real me when I am not manic.
