@Zoe7 The only other way would be to arm an ambo with capsicum/pepper spray or a taser .... but no the union is going for those with mental health issues ...  I know the ambos wouldn't like that (I dont blame them). It is the too hard basket.

Just heard from my son's day care program and he has had an episode there where he was aggressie with a worker saying that the voices were saying bad things to him .... could be an interesting night ahead.
