There are a lot of Tough Love sites  - if you just type Tough Love into your browser you can look through and see what applies to you

 

It will also put you onto parenting groups - I was in one myself with my son's father - actually for once in his life my ex-h got involved

 

It is tough though - tough love - we all need to be prepared for that

 

Sending a lot of love for you - it will be tough for you - whatever you do
