Sorry to hear how bungled the appointment was @Phoenix_Rising. I hope you can find a way to congratulate yourself on attending today even though it felt difficult, and for getting through the appointment when it went ass-up, and for getting through the rest of today and each moment that follows. And I hope that the ocean calms for you soon.
