Hi I am back @Former-Member
I think a lot of mothers find themselves looking at their children at times when they are asleep. I do the look for the rising chest and listen the breath.
Yes it can be a sign we are well past our wits end .. for whatever reason. Its also a sign of love.
I am in hell too at the moment. I am agitated and jumped out of bed and found myself running 20 metres down the corridor before I stopped and realised it. SO I took another to help. I need to learn more about responsible med adjustment so that I can manage my symptoms. I have been under medicated all my life if I think about it.
Part of me is celebrating tho. i really never thought I would make it til my baby was 25, but it happened.
I reread your opening posts again, cos my minds a bit flakey atm.
It is sad that there are so many kids with troubles and caring teachers are worth their weight in GOLD. It is very tragic when a young person takes their life. I have been buffetted by that one a few times, but still here.
Caring for you seems to be priority now.
