Good morning @Phoenix_Rising πŸ™‚ Great to see you back!

I was in a bit of pickle re that post because I wanted to say what I said but I also didn't want you to feel like you needed to break your no posting on the weekend rule. Your like felt great thank you πŸ™‚

I too am certain that neither your or puffer fish mean to be annoying, or difficult or argumentative too πŸ™‚ I really mean that and I don't find either of you those things. I don't remember where but I remember once hearing the phrase (in relation to little people) "he/she is being really difficult" turned in to "he/she is having some difficulties". It stuck with me and is the way I have tried to see lots of things since. A bit like "what's wrong with you?" vs "what's happened to you?". I wish you and puffer fish could hang out too, though I think I'd be a bit jealous of my little if that happened πŸ˜„

Re the DBT adventure - I love your post and think it's been so important to provide this background. It will work really well with my coming post (hopefully). Like you, I will wait a day or so to post my post (I think Wednesday will work depending on whether there are replies), which will hopefully introduce how DBT can be useful, and will provide a good transition to the actual doing bit of it - the fun bit πŸ˜› I am trying to condense my post a bit, but I guess even if it is long it is still less than reading the many pages of the book to get this info, and no-one is being made to read it (except maybe a mod sorry!).

Hope you have a good day with your marking adventures, and that neither your face nor your palms are too sore afterwards πŸ˜‰

(Ps @Appleblossom - puffer fish are fabulous πŸ™‚ )
