@Zoe7 Yay we are on the same wavelength. You should be super excited about being on my wavelength...it's a very special wavelength you know. Smiley LOL

And you are correct - rule number 1 of the DBT adventure is that we have to "stick around" for the duration! Smiley Very Happy

So...maybe if @CheerBear or I aim to post the first bit on Monday and then you can super help us unpack whatever we come up with @Zoe7. I'm a bit scared of people feeling like this is a "private" conversation between CheerBear and I and thus being hesitant to join in. I super want people to feel they can share their thoughts on what does/doesn't make sense etc. My copy of the original DBT skills manual is covered with highlighting and question marks etc. I definitely don't pretend to "get" all this stuff and I am super hoping that other people are going to help me understand the bits I don't get.
