Since I'm now here (but not), I was wondering if super energizer care bear bunny would cope if I held off posting the mindfulness post until Monday. I super want to continue the conversation about pros and cons after your cool post on the DBT thread this morning. I am finding that conversation super helpful. If we continue that conversation and continue getting people's ideas re. mindfulness on the other thread, would that be enough doing for you to feel like we are doing? Having all this stuff floating around in my brain is super helping me cope with the TTT saga and the uncertainty around when my turtle whisperer is going to vanish from my world. However, if you feel that we need to keep moving, I can post the mindfulness post tomorrow. It does exist - honest.
