All in a muddle cofuddle. We aren't supposed to discourage help seeking...but as you point out @Former-Member, why the hell would you go to hospital after reading that! I need to talk out my big feelings but there is no one. If I talk them out here I will get in trouble for discouraging help seeking. All in a muddle.
