I was hit with a house maintenance bus in the form of a plumbing issue. I didn't notice it until I went to make the fish some lunch and saw the whole cupboard and everything in it covered in rotten chipboard water. The toilet has sprung a leak too (luckily from the clean water part). The owner scares the crap out of me and house anything really tests me at the best of times. This is all part of why I so badly tried to get us out of here. I know there's a never a good time to have issues like this pop up, but I think there's a bad time for them to happen. It's a very bad time for this to have happened.

I've been sitting here for hours in some kind of feeling nothing because it's all too much place but now I have to make (a very late) dinner, deal with the mess and work out a plan. I don't even know where to start. It took so much to start picking myself up again, and so little to send me straight back down. I wanted to let you know that it's how my day has played out @Phoenix_Rising and to say that I am seriously very, very thankful that our oceans have collided. I also wanted to say a huge thanks @Maggie. That crew and you are really truly appreciated.
