@Tornup I'm sorry you're both going through this, You've already done the groundwork by identifying and acknowledging why things have become this way.

It can be hard to admit our weaknesses, even to our partners. What you've written here is exactly what you need to tell him, if he truly loves you he will understand and continue being supportive. Communication is key.
