Re: Taking the plunge

My New Years resolution is for a healthier me too @greenpea. From the 4th I am determined to get my sleep patterns in order. I didn't sleep at all last night. So from the 4th will be going to bed and getting up at the same time each day whether I sleep or not then stick to a rountine throughout the day.

I also will walk and exercise more, stick to my diet and drink more water.

What plan have you created for your son? Here is to a healthier us 🍷😄xx

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you @outlander - hope your New Year's Day has been relaxing for you.

Yes @Maggie - I buy lottery tickets every week, especially in OZ lotto. Given how excited I get when I win $20 at bingo - I think winning the lottery might bring on a coronary arrest haha. I do get excited!

I received a small inheritance once in the mail - upon opening it and seeing a cheque made out to me for $10,000 I screamed in glee and started jumping up, down all around in a dance. I was so exilerated - then suddenly I started to feel dizzy. The next thing I knew I was slumped on the lounge chair that was next to me with my husband looking over me worried. Yes, I passed out haha. So definitely the lottery might do me in lol. You would definitely hear me screaming from Tassie 😂

I feel asleep in my chair for a few hours. I have never done that before. So here's to a New Year of better sleep and routine 🍷 Better moments of good health, inner peace, joy, love and happiness for us all @Maggie 🍷 Hope your day has been easy and good.

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member Healthier us! As for my son I have to get him into programs which suit him more which is easier said than done ... it wont be easy because he is living with a permanent psychosis and a intellectual disability so I will have to do some MORE research. To be honest his dad is pretty hopeless leaves it all to me ...one of the reasons why we divorced .... I have to go and take my son for a walk ... he loves his walks back laterxxx

Re: Taking the plunge

Enjoy your walk @greenpea 🚶‍♀️😊

Re: Taking the plunge

Good afternoon @Shaz51

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member I think you might need to stop buying lotto, someone else will spend it for you with the excitement you experience when winning. I don't have the luck of the Irish, but would imagine a similar response from me.

Well here's to New Years resolutions. I would Seriousely be more than happy with a little sleep, I'm over these sleepless nights. Even when I'm busy all day and exhausted...no sleep....in fact more awake than ever.

Hope your walk went ok @greenpea

Sending hopes for a better night @Former-Member.
