how are you spending today? 

(by accident) in the spirit of self nourishment posts below I spent most of the morning napping which I have to say was LOVELY and catching up on my current favorite tv series blacklist (yes I know its old but I still like it 🙂 )

Hi @Fancy_Pants and @Shaz51   I spent today finishing getting ready for removalists to come tomorrow.  The move is getting so close now.  I should be excited but am getting nervous about getting used to everything in a new place.

Hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday. I decided to pick up my cross stitch again and have completed one third of my huge project "Angel of Hope". Still have to do her upper body, face and wings, but this is what I have done so far

Hi everyone
I had a few hrs out of hospital today. Went home and played with jersey who cried and licked me so much. I miss her. Then hubby and daughter took jersey for a walk. Had an early dinner and back in hospital about 2 hrs ago.
Having a few tests tomorrow before my psych gives me s new med. feeling mixed emotions st the moment. Scared, upset and anxious.
